Information you may choose to provide

The public website may ask you to enter basic information while preparing a finance or general enquiry for WhatsApp.

  • Name and phone or WhatsApp number.
  • Optional email address and voluntarily provided location.
  • Selected finance solution, audience category, preferred contact method, and a short description of the need.
  • Future account or onboarding information only if secure production services are introduced with appropriate notices.

Current form and storage status

Current public forms prepare a WhatsApp message in your browser. They do not submit information to an Esangweni website backend or store it in a website database.

  • Nothing is sent until you review the prepared message and choose Send in WhatsApp.
  • If you send the message, WhatsApp processes it under its own terms and Esangweni receives it through the verified contact channel.
  • A secure production backend and final privacy controls will be documented before any direct website submission service is introduced.

How information may be used

Information that you choose to send may be used to respond, understand the enquiry, explain the relevant process, and meet operational or compliance obligations.

  • Responding to finance and general enquiries.
  • Understanding service and audience needs.
  • Preparing for eligibility, affordability, documentation, and compliance checks if an enquiry proceeds.
  • Improving public information and future platform services.

Sharing and protection

Esangweni does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with authorised service providers, licensed insurers where relevant, compliance partners, or regulators when legally required and subject to appropriate controls.

  • Access should be limited to people and providers who need the information for a legitimate purpose.
  • Final retention, security, cross-border transfer, and incident-response terms require legal and operational confirmation.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law and final operational procedures, individuals may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information and may opt out of non-essential communications.

  • Request access to relevant personal information.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion where legally and operationally permitted.
  • Opt out of non-essential communications.
