The current forms prepare messages for WhatsApp. Nothing is sent until the user chooses to send it, after which use of WhatsApp is also governed by that service's terms. Loan-linked protection, where applicable, is arranged through a licensed insurer and governed by the insurer's final documentation.
The Esangweni name, brand, website content, designs, and materials are owned or controlled by Esangweni unless otherwise stated and may not be commercially reused without permission except where allowed by law.
